Hello,

I need to purchase six Starlink Maritime kits, each with a 24-month subscription, on behalf of a client. However, I am facing an issue with the payment method: as a company, we use virtual cards that are valid for only five days and can be used for a single transaction before they expire.

	I would like to clarify:

Is it possible to purchase all six kits and their subscriptions in a single transaction?

If not, can I make six separate purchases using different cards without any issues regarding activation or account management?

Is there an alternative payment method that would better suit our needs?

I have already written to Starlink support twice, but they don’t reply!

Just purchased and closed on a house that had Starlink installed. Former owner says they transferred it to us, but we have not received an e-mail from Starlink. I have all the equipment info but do not know how to reach out to Starlink to get assistance resolving the problem. Can you all guide me? Thanks in advance.

I'd really like to get Starlink to put on my truck for camping trips. I only really want to use it through the summer.

The Mini would be ideal choice for me, since it can be powered by 12V and is smaller.

The downside is that I have no use for the Starlink residential plan, since I have fiber internet at my house.

I'm considering getting the Starlink residential just so I can get the Mini, after which point, I would cancel both the residential plan and the Mini add-on.

My question would be: if I do that, will Starlink somehow prevent me from signing back up in the future?

	Morning all

I need to mount my Starlink dish on an external wall. The wall faces East South East and I need my dish facing North (No option available of a North facing wall). Looking at the long wall mount online it appears to me that, like the floor mount, the main strut of the dish clips into the mount in a fixed position so the face of the dish in neutral position is perpendicular to the mount. That means that in neutral the dish would be facing East South East. Can the dish rotate approx. 115° to point North or am I wrong about the main strut clicking in and I can rotate the entire thing within the mount, so it's neutral position is already facing North, as I did with the floor mount.

	Thanks

	GUIDELINES

BE POLITE. If you are mad/pissed/upset/whatever about anything, then count to 10 or wait a day... or a week... until you cool off before you communicate with Starlink Support. Expressing anger, rage, threats, etc., will not get you a sooner response from Starlink Support. In fact, it may do exactly the opposite.

BE PATIENT. Starlink Support personnel are overwhelmed due to the demand for the service greatly exceeding the company's plans. At the time of this writing, reports indicate responses coming 10 days to 2 weeks after initial communication with Starlink Support.

BE PERSISTENT. While waiting for a response, add a (polite) comment to your ticket each day reminding support that you are waiting for a response. Sometimes, it helps to be a squeaky wheel... 😉

Any one aware of port blocking happening on the standard Starlink subscription?

I have an SD-WAN device I am trying to bring on line and the tunnel will not come up as I think it is blocking port 12346. I can ping the destination, it but not form a tunnel.

Sounds like maybe I need to upgrade to a business subscription. I have another site that has the business, and no problem there.

	Hi All.

I've written a blog on some frequently asked questions about Starlink, in the future I'll be adding some performance data regarding joined or repaired cables, interference tests, and sustained power consumption logging under all different conditions, I'll post updates everytime a new test is done on the page and here

https://www.antennadirect.com.au/starlink/

One common uncertainly was whether Starlink dishes interfere with FTA TV reception where I've done a few tests so far which turned out quite interesting and more to come.

Another is the longevity of the cable plug end under severe conditions, e.g right on the coast with extreme winds carrying salt spray, whether the connector seal will or won't keep out 100% of the salt spray over a prolonged period. The deep recessed plug into the Gen 2 dishys pole is a good design but the seal doesn't quite inspire confidence.
