  2. You can add additional Starlink routers as wireless mesh nodes. They connect very easily and extend strong wi-fi signal throughout your home (for ~$145 each). Is this what you're asking about?

  4. Thanks!!! I found an option in the starlink app to send a message last tuesday (support, then thumbs down, it opens a field and you can type your problem and attach images). Today I received a response with a substituition code and a cordial message. Very happy with the support, anxious to receive the new modem and finally start to use it. Thanks again!

  5. OK, thank you for the reality check. I read online that someone had a router that would remain "on" for some brief time - enough time that the UPS kicked in before the router shut down. Ya, funny that there's no short-term battery function given the Tesla connection. ☹️
