  1. After several back and forth with the support team they are sending another Starlink kit out. One of the techs kept saying it was probably a bad satellite cable. I asked if it was a bad cable would that keep the router from powering on?? I never received an answer they just said a new kit was on its way. Hopefully the new kit will be trouble free.

  2. I am in Panama and also from New Hampshire having the exact same problem! Credit Card Company says there have been no charges attempted and no reason they would decline. I have asked people here in Panama who have Starlink and most say they had the same problem they say they just kept trying, some for days, before the Credit Card was accepted.
