I just received my Starlink device. I immediately got a message saying "Unexpected Location". Service may not be available. I cannot get Internet service. I am at the EXACT location of my house, which is what is showing on my account.
I did notice when setting up, there wasn't a Starlink-1234 SSID to connect to like in the documentation. The only one coming up with named STINKY. So now I'm wondering if I possible received a unit that had been registered to someone else before?
I've tried to reach out to Support with Starlink and nothing yet. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
