Hi all,
I currently have Residential service. We decided to hit the road and add the Portability add on. I enabled Portability but when we got to our location and had the dish out, I keep getting an error saying that I am out of my service address and need to add Portability, which I have done already. Is there something else that I have to do? What am I missing? With Portability enabled shouldn't the service just work once I set it up at my next destination?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
