Hello, I ordered starlink, but the address I wrote in order was incorrect and I wasn't able to receive it, so the shipment was returned. In my account I stated that I'm returning my kit. Am I able to receive refund to create another order with correct address?

Yesterday made an order but received nothing on email, after resetting password also nothing. Checked spam etc., but there was still nothing regarding my order. The only thing I have is my confirmation code received after order which states that I need it if I won't receive any email. Maybe someone will contact through phone listed in order....
