I need someone from Starlink to reach out to me. This process is so frustrating to try to get a hold of someone. We created an RV account at our office in Ohio because there is no other service providers there. The person who set up the account just passed away in a plane crash. We have closed his credit card that is scheduled for monthly payments on the service. I need to have access to the account and change the payment card number to mine. I have the account number. I tried to use the link that says locked out and send it to my email address but it did not work I do not have access to his personal email but I do have access to his work email. Can someone please reach out to me via email as soon as possible
