  1. Hi, Hoping someone can help. We ordered Starlink on their site, paid, received a confirmation number on website, which also said, "You will receive a confirmation email shortly with information on what to expect next. " We did not receive any email, not in any junk folders or anywhere else. Have tried the 'Locked Out' option on the account login, but nothing ever comes of it. (Tried all 3 options via email, phone or alternative email.) Has anyone ever experienced this and/or have any advice on how to proceed? Thank you, Kevin
