I haven't accessed my starlink account for quite sometime. I haven't needed to until now. I have tried to reset my password by email and by phone. No reset code is being sent! My email and phone number have never been changed, so I don't understand why I am not able to reset my password. PLEASE HELP I need to cancel my service as I am moving.
