    The same story in hungary: Paid, no confirmation email, BUT a week later the Starlin KIT arrived. No account not able to step anything. Wrote email immadiately at [email protected] a week ago, and yesterday again. even THERE is no an automatic email response. ....try to search other emails at spacex: wrote to [email protected], where at least an automatic email come back. NO RESULT YET.

    HI, Do you have a resolution? We have received the Starlink Kit Today (16/11/2022), while we have not got any confirmation email since our order and our bank payment (10/11/2022). I wrote an email to [email protected], 6 days ago, but no answer until today. I wrote to [email protected] today to give a try to an other email I could sort out from spacex.com-
