    I can not get into my account to start a ticket as I read that to start a ticket you must be logged in. Can anyone help?

    I see no where on the web page starlink.com to open a ticket. Can anyone help me with opening a ticket? Thank you for any help anyone can give. I don't understand why starlink gives you the opportunity to make the changes in the app and then says, oh no you can't do that and locks you out!
