set it up and everything worked. now i can connect to my wifi but have NO internet access. I've tried to factory reset it and it does nothing. submitted tickets and have gotten no response. cant sign in on the app or on my laptop. getting extremely frustrated and feel it was not worth the money spent if i cant get technical support when needed. does anyone know how to contact support via email or chat that will actually get a response? this is ridiculous!
