  1. I just want to say that in my previous post, the link from Starlink was to set a brand new password, not to reset the old one, this was something I hadn’t seen before. This might indicate that my credentials were never set in the first place, somehow. I think the problem is the website. This issue seems to be the #1 problem that I read about here and on other forums. There was no problem in billing me however.
  2. I feel sorry for you Ricochet. You are doing a great job with all these people who can’t get on the website. The absolute, only way to contact starlink when you have no website access, is the resolution email.: starlinkresolutions@spacex.com. It is your only option for contact-no other way exists in the universe. I do have one tip when contacting them; be respectful, calm, and don’t be angry or accusative in your letter. The reps are overworked and you are easy to ignore if you’re angry or mean.
  3. I had the same problem. After contacting the resolution email address. I received an email with a link to set my password after a few days. It worked and I now have full access, just like a normal website.. I am unable to paste the email with the link, or the resolution address for some unknown reason. The link no longer works anyway, it now goes to a standard log in screen. I think what I did is the only way to contact Starlink when you can’t get on the website. The first thing I did when I got on the website was to cancel my Starlink order, lucky I was still waiting in the queue and I didn’t get any equipment. There are other, less frustrating options for me. Good luck to you all.
  4. Today I received an email link to create a password again. Everything worked. It took one week to get the link. I used the resolutions link. So many have had horrible experiences with this, same problem and I wish you all a quick resolution. It’s good to stop worrying❗️
  5. I ordered Starlink, paid my deposit and signed out of the Starlink website. I have never been able to sign on again. And reach my account. Credentials are always invalid. My card was charged for the deposit. I did not receive a confirmation. I don’t know my account number, and I don’t even know if I have one. Since I cannot contact starlink through the website, there is not much I can do. I sent an email to the resolutions email address a week ago. I went to a friends house to make a support ticket for me, but we could not find anyplace to start a support ticket. I’m worried I’ll get my equipment, get charged for it, and never be able to activate it, because I’m locked out. If anyone has any experience with this in any way, please tell me. Thank you. I hope this post has not run afoul of any rules or regulations. I have already looked at what’s available on this topic, and I hope someone will be able to provide something new. Just looking for help. Thanks.
  6. Today I ordered and paid my $99 deposit for Starlink. Set up my password, and I looked all around the site. I had all my payment info under billing listed., and everything worked. I logged off, never to be able to log on again. I had all the change password problems reported all over this site. like all of you, I can’t start a ticket because I can’t get on. I’m worried about incurring charges for equipment I can’t stop coming or use because I can’t activate anything or communicate in any way. I’ve been all over the web and some people have had success by going right to SpaceX, and others got a friend to put a ticket in on their account. It seems like these Starlink login problems could cost us big money. They put people in space, but can’t make a functioning website. I bet their technical people don’t even have time to read these forums. This gives me a high frustration level. Does anyone know if legal action as a group might be possible? At least get noticed. Maybe a Twitter campaign?
