I can't open a ticket unless I can log into the portal which I can not. I have sent an email but still received nothing.

I created a new account on 3/10 and signed up. I was in and opened a ticket to resolve my tax exempt status. I an absolutely sure I have the email and password correct, but I am unable to log in. It keeps saying INVALID CREDENTIALS. There is not way to contact anyone to resolve this. I am tempted to return it all! How do I get access to my account. Michelle Adam
