The system doesnt seem to remember the password when enrolling new devices? When we set up the system with the initial laptop and iphone everything went fine. When I try to add a new phone or device it wont recognize my login. I can get other iphones to login from the password sharing feature but any other laptop wont connect. Anybody else have this problem or a fix. This is from a client of mone.
