I just received a gen 3 router. Installation was simple and easy. Unfortunately, the router will not connect to the dish. I tried plugging and unplugging cables several times and rebooting the router several times, but nothing but a flashing light. I know that everything else is okay, because I simple reconnected the dish cable to my original router and it works fine. So, my question is, how do I return the router for a replacement or refund. The support section of the app isn't really set up for a return of the router. Any help will be appreciated.
