Edit: My external router had some strange problem, it works lol.

My starlink app says my dishy is connected to satellites, but I am getting 0 throughput and extremely high latency, and i have been for hours. I have the rv dish, is this something that just happens? If not, does anyone know what could cause this? If so, please help.
