In no way is the Wayback Machine restricted in the UK (either by the site owner or ISPs ((starlink aside)) ).
I have never had issues accessing it with other UK based ISPs.
For some strange reason, when I try to access the site, Chrome gives an ERR_CONNECTION_RESET message.
