hi, I'm from Iran. And I have purchased Starlink version 2 and it has reached me with great effort and cost. But when I enter its serial number, I get the following error message. Please delete the previous account so that I can activate my device. KIT301195020 This Starlink is already associated with an account. If you have a Starlink account, and believe this dish is already on your account, you do not need to activate this dish. If purchased from someone else, ensure the original owner completed the transfer steps to remove the Starlink from their account. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please reach out to the retailer to assist.
