  1. I figured it out. Had a bad termination on one of the cat 6 ends.
  2. I needed some extra cable distance so I got a cat-6 and spliced it in based on a couple videos I had seen. I used the T568-B pin put for both severed ends of the starlink cable I cut. I had 200ft of cat6 with factory ended r45's. I used outdoor waterproof rj45 couplers. Starlink would say it's booting up but never connects. I removed the 200ft cat 6 and connected the two startlink ends with the rj45 coupler and it worked no problem so I know my rj45 ends are fine. I then used only about a 50 ft section of the cat6, cut both terminated ends off and rewired them the same as I did with the starlink ends so now all four rj45 ends are ones that I wired so I know they are all the same. Still will not boot up when using the cat6. What am I missing?
  3. Another one here, except it has happened to two of my routers. The first router lasted maybe an hour and then failed. Same as some people, when you unplug and plug in, the light comes on for a second then goes out and eventually just stays off. I waited 5 weeks for a replacement and that one just failed today after 1 day. Same exact issues. So now what? Do I need to wait yet another 5 weeks for another replacement? Reading these comments makes me believe a recent batch of router is bad or the updates are failing on the new routers. Either way, I am once again without my internet. I tested what another user experienced and tried plugging in the router while the dish was unplugged, but my router still did not power up. I'm very disappointed .
