I'm having issues with connecting to Microsoft 365 services. Namely opening a 365 file (excel, word) in the app. (it will open in the browser, but this doesn't have the full functionality of the app)
The error messages are:
1. Cannot download the information you requested
I click OK
Then I get a message that
2. Microsoft Excel cannot access file 'https://aecgroupltd.sharepoint.com/sites/MidCoastCouncil/Shared Documents ........There are several possible reasons:
- The file name or path does not exist
- The file is being used by another program
- The workbook you are trying to save has the same name as a currently open workbook.
But I'm able to open this file when using my old internet (skymesh).
