Been trying to solve a similar problem with Peacock streaming service, it thinks I'm in Atlanta, they have been supposedly trying to fix the problem for several months. They send me a canned eMail every few weeks to try again because they think they found the problem. The latest, today was if it continued to not work to request a static IP address from ISP. I would guess Hulu will give a similar run around.
