Holy Cow, it finally went through! I’ve been trying to order the equipment since June for my place in Mexico and always get the above message. After dozens of attempts with different cards, browsers, VPN’s etc. This is the combination that worked for me. The last thing I changed on this attempt was abandoning my att.net email address and using my gmail.com address.
Power down and restarted, disabled wifi (LTE), cleared cache, turned pop up blocker off, opened Starlink app on iPad, appears to take me to Starlink.com anyway. On the payment screen I used my shipping zip code (Mexico shipping even though it is a US credit card-AMEX). Shockingly it worked and created the elusive Starlink account. I think I’ll go buy a Powerball ticket.
Interesting that SpaceX has such a unique product that there are tons of threads with people fighting this exact problem, yet we continue to endeavor to give them our $$?
