  1. Starlink (gen 2)stopped working 2 days ago. It was working in the morning but when we plugged it back in that after noon it did its positioning thing and then stopped working. We eventually did a factory reset. We reconfigured the SSID and password, but can't connect to the dish. Router says starlink unplugged or rebooting. Debug data says router is ok, but starlink is disconnected. We triple checked the cable, and re-seated it both on the router and the dish many times, but still nothing. Two tickets submitted to starlink but no response. Not sure how to diagnose at this point. ANY help would be appreciated
