It's a simple question. For residential letting. Is it possible to buy the Starlink hardware, install it and let it lie dormant, whilst perspective tenants view a property, decide to move in etc. When occupation takes place the tenant can then start the Starlink payments, when tenants move out and new ones come in the system is just turned off for one and on again for the next occupant.
