So - I am setting up a Starlink now and I have this problem. I am in Canada, and I visit sites here in Canada (should not be blocked from Canada) - but some cannot be accessed. Example : https://marinetraffic.com can be accessed, https://weather.gc.ca/marine cannot be accessed. I am pretty sure the problem is Starlink is serving me sites on its IPV6 network, and some sites are supporting only IPV4. But the funny thing for me was that we rebooted the Starlink a few times, and the PC, and a Switch and sometimes we did reach https://weather.gc.ca. So I don't know why it worked, sometimes.
