My MagicJack started giving me the same connection issue error recently. All my other devices connect to the internet just fine. The MagicJack also works fine when plugged in via my computer (not directly to the router). I also have the Gen 2 Starlink router and noticed that the firmware version was updated on 4/29. I'm guessing that update has created this issue w/ MagicJack?!?!
