  1. @twagger I'll definitely look at getting a spare Gen 3 router. I'm working on a UniFi home wifi/mesh system for my house, and when I get everything settled and in place, I'll be putting my Starlink Router into bypass mode.
  2. I've had my Starlink up for about a month now, and haven't had any problems with it before this. Yesterday when I got home for work, the light on my Gen 3 router was red and when I opened the app it said it was Disconnected. I unplugged the router, waited for a minute, and plugged it back in. Everything booted back up and the internet worked till sometime last night. When I got up this morning the light was red and the app said Disconnected again. So I repeated the unplug/replug, and now it is working just fine again. Is this something that I should contact customer support over?
