  1. Problem solved. E-mail was somehow archived! User error!
  2. Just purchased and closed on a house that had Starlink installed. Former owner says they transferred it to us, but we have not received an e-mail from Starlink. I have all the equipment info but do not know how to reach out to Starlink to get assistance resolving the problem. Can you all guide me? Thanks in advance.
