My Starlink router will not power on and has no lights.
Different cables and power sources have been tested, it is definitely the router that needs replacing.
I raised a ticket through the app on 28/10 and it is now 31/10 without a reply.
Ticket number is TIK-3273600-25902-37
What do I have to do for some support?

Finally received a reply and Starlink will replace the full Starlink as they don't have any routers in stock.
I hope the delivery isn't delayed like last time.
