i got same problem with perplexity app, fitness pal, and with gmail when i am sending emails with attachments, its not working on android device if its connected to starlink wifi...if i change to mobile data its all fine working, i tried like you, restarting router, restarting dish, changing dns to custom google and cloudfire, removing custom dns, updating software on phone etc. Funny thing is if you try all of that on PC its working fine on starlink internet. Only phones are having problem
