Just got the RV version today, set it up and it only does offline searching. We have it in clear visibility, I’ve plugged and unplugged what now… I need help!!

Hi… we just got the RV version of Starlink… set it up and all it does is say offline searching. I did the troubleshooting and it won’t send so can’t get support if any kind. I’ve plugged and unplugged already… what now??
