3 days ago I suspect a firmware update caused my system to get stuck in Offline Booting. I've submitted 2 tickets and have heard nothing from support back.
I have restarted with cables the cables connected/disconnected in every configuration about 10 times each. I've rebooted starlink and the wifi on the app. I've rebooted with the button on the router and set up a new ssid three times. Nothing works, the dish is either stuck stowed and does not unstow after reboot, or if I can get it to unstow it just goes flat and never angles north as usual. The app says offline booting and has for 3 days.
I've tweets SpaceX and Elon, I'm submitted 2 tickets with daily updates, I've messaged their Reddit account, still nothing. Here I am.
I'm fairly certain it is an issue at the Starlink end and not mine, just wondering if anyone has advice how to get a hold of someone...
