I am having the same difficulty. I have been waiting almost 16 months in rural east Texas. It was initially late 2021 when service was expanding, then pushed back to mid 2022; however it still shows as waitlisted. If I type in my address under a different email, it states that Starlink plans to expand service for my area in mid 2023. I am not sure why this keeps changing? Service versus the ability to ship equipment is different, it would be very helpful if more details were provided. We also have no ability to have any internet, at least one that will work, so I am also commuting to be able to access internet. I will be continuing to wait and hope we can get clarity on the delays soon. I have heard from others that were able to get it in South Texas, and they are not considered remote- have access to other solutions. Xelasnave
