My new HP laptop was working GREAT with my new Starlink eqp. but then it just froze and now I don't have a internet symbol on my HP.  Can you help me.  My old desktop is still on my old wifi service but my phone is using my starlink.

I'm not real computer savy so if you could help I would really appreciate it.

I've unplugged the Starlink, waited and replugged it in but still not working on my new HP.  I shut off and restarted my HP but still nothing.
