Trouble completing order

I have been trying to order Starlink for a second home currently under construction in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico. I am presently in New Hampshire, USA. My house in Mexico will be done mid November. I provided a delivery address for the equipment nearby at the real estate agency offices. I thought I would get the equipment when the house is done, take it to my new home and set it up. I provided all the necessary info; service address, name, a local phone number for the real estate office, my email address, the delivery address, my credit card, and my CURP. Then I hit the order button and it comes back as declined try again later. My back says they never received a payment request and they did not decline anything. Is the problem because I am ordering from the US for a service address in Mexico or is it something else? I need help to correct the hangup in this order. I have tried many times always with the same outcome.

I am in Panama and also from New Hampshire having the exact same problem! Credit Card Company says there have been no charges attempted and no reason they would decline.  I have asked people here in Panama who have Starlink and most say they had the same problem they say they just kept trying, some for days, before the Credit Card was accepted.

I still have not been able to order due to " Payment was declined. Please contact your credit card company, or try a different payment method." ERROR.

Spoke with Credit Card Company and they are not declining the payment and suggested to contact the Vendor . I cannot find a way to contact Starlink Customer Service or if there is even a Customer Service. Impossible situation. Any help would be appreciated.
