Starlink in lebanon

Maybe.

Starlink's satellite network covers the globe at this point. So, getting a satellite connection is pretty much possible from anywhere.

However, the Starlink satellites will need to connect to a ground station to transfer your traffic off the Starlink network to the Internet. That ground station must be within range of the satellite. The nearest location where Starlink service is available appears to be the island of Cyprus.

Lastly, there are legal constraints in some countries regarding the use of Starlink. Lebanon may or may not be such a country.

In the end, Starlink's coverage map (see https://www.starlink.com/map) does not show that service is available in Lebanon.

HTH.
