PTSN landline

HI

I have just started using Starlink, in an area with poor mobile reception. In an emergency, we want a PTSN line to make calls from without relying on internet or electricity. Is there something that you can offer or recommend an other company that offers this economically? 

Telstra is too expensive and iinet requires us to have internet with them as well.

Any suggestions?

Starlink does not offer telephone services of any kind.

Your requirement for "...a PSTN line to make (outgoing) calls from without relying on internet or electricity...." limits you to an old-fashioned "land line" connected to a local provider in your area. The PSTN is a regulated utility. Typically, you can only get service from a small number of providers -- maybe only one. 

So, in the end, contact the local telephone company...
