Although I live in Africa and wanted to benefit from the offer in Germany (currently 299€), I bought the device in Germany. Unfortunately the device was registered to a German address and can no longer be transferred elsewhere unless I wait 3-4 months. I'm now back to Africa with the device. Can I use the device except for Global World Service (€230 too expensive)?
