Sebastian1807 Posted January 26 Share Posted January 26 Greetings everybody, I bought the starlink subscription via the app and when it came to the part where i was redirected to the payment site and paid the subscription, i was moved back to the starlink sign in starting site without the option of creating an account. Now when i try signing in i can't because there isn't an account and the KIT number authentication says that the device is already in use what it wasn’t before. No luck trying to contact the support because i can’t without having an account. Would be glad if somebody could open a ticket for me who has an account.
