If i live in country with "Coming soon" status but activated starlink great working (global tariff), can i buy new starlink kit and activate global plan in my country? You'll have to purchase using an address in a country where Starlink is already available (e.g., the USA), activate the system there with Global service, and then move it to the country where Starlink is "Coming soon".
