Starlink Flat Panel Power Supply Failures

Recommended Posts

Purchased 4 flat panel antenna's recently and all four have overheated and failed.  All units are installed in HVAC controlled locations with external temperature monitors and have never recorded an ambient temperature above 75 degF at the power supplies.

I am of the opinion that is a "bad batch" of power supplies, has anybody experienced or heard of this issue?

Thank  you in advance.

Its a known ( and major ) issue with Starlink.  Our business is running 15 starlinks and I have to replace cables and adapters almost regularly throughout the winter.  Once the heaters are turned off you wont have a problem.  Make sure the heater is set to Auto in the app and not on all the time, that will help a little bit.
