I live in a cellphone deadzone - signal strength   -128dbm.   I have aimed the Starlink antenna, connected and energized the hardware, and my laptop (connected to the internet through Dish Network) appears to detect the presence of the Starlink system.  Is there an alternate method to complete the setup, naming my network, assigning a password, and so on, without the benefit of having the setup app available on my not-so-smart phone?   A technician at US Cellular told me about using IP address 192.168.100.1, but I am not familiar enough with the protocol to know how this might work.  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Open a browser on your laptop. Type http://192.168.100.1/ into the address bar at the top of the page (where you would normally see the web site name). Press [Enter].

This should get you to the Starlink Router's home page. You'll need to login to your Starlink account using your email address and password.
