Derek nelson Posted May 1, 2022 Share Posted May 1, 2022 (edited) Good Afternoon, For my WIRES-X Amateur Radio Software to work with the internet i need both a static IP address and a CGNAT disabled connection. is there a work around with Starlink to obtain both requirements.??? Desperately would like to get starling working and ditch current provider. G6DLJ Posted May 16, 2023 Share Posted May 16, 2023 We have the same problem down here in SW UK using Wires-X, Starlink one end, Plusnet (real world IP) other end as ma VPN host, tried both OpenVPN and Wireguard. My Plusnet IP address appears correctly at the Starlink end, can browse too so port 80 packets getting through.
