Starlink Account Creation when Purchased from 3rd Party (Best Buy)

I purchased a Starlink kit at Best Buy.  

On Starlink.com I followed the path:  Sign In --> Have Starlink But No Account?  Activate Here -->  Entered the Kit# and clicked New Account --> Entered My Address (Available Services Activated) and I selected Residential -->  Continue to Checkout. 

After I select "Continue to Checkout" there is a swirling circle then the button just returns to "Continue to Checkout". 

I have shut off my VPN, enabled 3rd party cookies, tried different browsers, etc.  The behavior is exactly the same. 

Just to see if I would get any further I just attempted to place a regular order on the Starlink site (like I was going to buy the system directly) and that won't work either.  Have not heard anything from support.  It is like the web-site just isn't working but that seems unlikely particularly for ordering.
