Authentication code

I’m contacting you about a problem with authorisation in the Starlink. When i try to log in, i don’t get an authentication code, which doesn’t allow me to access the Account. Please note that i wroted bedore to you from this mail. Account login- ***********************. I have full access, 
Please help me deal with this problem, cause i have no internet more then 2 weeks!!! I would be grateful for any recommendations on this kind, Maybe we can change the email to another one.

First off we are not official starlink support. I've removed your email address from the post.

 

Have you attempted to login via web browser off a difference device onto the starlink website? - Then attempted to check whats wrong with the service? or lodged a support ticket?

I have already tried many methods, the mail is working, I receive and send messages from it, sent tickets, starlink just stopped responding. Is there any way to change the mail without access to the account, because the only problem is that the authentication code does not come to the mail.
