Stickster
While away on vacation a planned (planned after I left) power outage occurred. I didn't worry as it was plugged into a surge protected UPS and this has occurred successfully before. Upon returning I found that my router was not recognizing it had power. It was in router bypass mode to use my own router. I have tried the following: - Testing different plugs that I know work - Factory resetting through the plug in and out method - Tested the external router at my neighbors (no issue) I have contacted customer support but was looking to see if anyone had recommendations while I wait.
StarlinkLeader
Hi @Stickster Unfortunately it sounds like the router has failed. Ensure the UPS is of high quality - The starlink PSU's don't like generators and cheaper UPS's.
