Ten90 Posted May 15 Share Posted May 15 I installed a brand new dish 2 days ago and after setting it up and registering it worked great for roughly an hour and now it says I’m in restricted mode. when I accessed my account (app or web based), the only option I have is to view or edit my profile. I have no option to see anything else. One would think it would be as easy as contacting tech support, but apparently it is not. when I attempt to enter a ticket, I am told that I do not have permission to access the page. I also found a telephone number to contact Starlink, but when calling it, a voicemail says due to unforeseen circumstances, the telephone option is no longer supported. I have done all the things I can think of, factory reset, password change, with no luck. I am at the point where I feel Like a dog chasing its own tail! please help, I am lost! Login to your account on starlink.com and check the status of your starlink terminal.
