Key First Nation Posted May 20 Share Posted May 20 I am unable to sign into my StarLink account because I am not receiving a verification code to the email address on our account. The phone number on the account is unfortunately a land line and is not SMS enabled. The email address I use to sign in is M365. I can see from a mail trace that no emails from StarLink are even arriving to our mail server,, so there is nothing in junk or quarantine. It seems that the verification code email is just no being sent at all. Anyone experienced this before, or know how to fix this?
