Mesh router not acting in split or tri-band mode

The Gen 3 mesh router information indicates that it is tri-band 2.4 and 5 ghz modes, but it it not allowing me to edit that - currently it just says 5ghz. the mesh router is paired with our Gen2 main router (which is split 2.4 and 5) and indicates a strong connection. Not sure why I cannot edit mesh router to split mode, or what's going on...

Go into your Starlink app and select the the settings tab on the bottom, in here you will see Split 2.4/5Ghz Networks. Toggle the switch to the right and you will see a little bit of blue just left of the toggle, you have enabled the split. This will create 2 networks
